Description:

These are random site 'tweaks' that are of preference to me.
- Removes the Pteri "hints" when shops are empty
- Hide the shops ad banner table cell so we can expand the cell before it
- Changes the font across the entire site smaller (including on the sidebar
and in the input fields; shop wizard/trading post)
