Description:

I love the new Google+ (Google Plus) interface, but wanted to change add some colors and further define the stream from the rest of the page.

Updates:
- Removed fixed positioning. It worked, but not ideally so decided to get rid of it.
- Fixed share box.
- Fixed right column margin issue.
- Additional styles added to top nav, left nav and stream
