Beatport Dark Theme

Description:

Change the colours of the new Beatport HTML5 site to light text on a dark background, a bit more like the old Flash site used to be (though I've not attempted to copy that), for those of us who prefer darkness...

* Fixed some legibility problems on the shopping cart / checkout page, especially the Totals block, and the Beatbot recommendations.
* Odd/even alternating row colours in tables (those that have the right classes, anyway).
* A few other minor tweaks to improve the look.
