Move the slideshow and login menu below the article

Description:

(1) Header and footer are collapsed to thin strips at the top and bottom of the page, and reappear when you mouse over them.
(2) Links in the article sidebar to the right of the article are collapsed and hidden, and reappear when you mouse over them.
(3) The article slideshow and "empire" menu bar (that's the one with the "LOGIN" button) are moved to the bottom of the article.
(4) Comments are removed.
