Description:

Makes the horizontal and vertical scrollbar on every page similar to those implemented in Google Calendar, Gmail, and other Google services.

The code is modified from the Google Reader page, and I must credit Google for the coding and styling.
Note: This style may not work on all websites, but instead may produce a pretty cool glitch.
