Bring Back White YT

Description:

A white theme for the new Youtube. Also removes the social buttons from the left sidebar (Facebook, Google Plus). I like the other themes that are already up, especially Youtube - New Youtube Fixes , but they all chose to remove either the left or right sidebars. I made this so that I could keep the sidebars.

If you do NOT want to hide YouTube's new social features/buttons, please delete (or comment) the first section.
