An attempt to do something to fix the so-called Release 88.

* Remove all that blueness and unhardcode Arial. Use colors and fonts from your browser preferences.
* Bring back clutter: Do away with distracting appearing/disappearing comment controls.
* Unresponsive design: Undo their puny attempts to set maximum width depending on the width of the browser window, which caused blank margins.

Does not work on journals using custom S2 styles for comment pages. Use the “&style=mine” workaround on such journals.

Sorry, Firefox only. If someone knows how to specify colors from user preferences (default text, [visited|active] link) in other browsers, feel free to post comments or make forks.
