Centering IDG.se and removing Ads/banners

Description:

This style centers the IDG.se site and many of its sub domain pages (magazine sites mainly) and formating them so the top menu is centering better then the original.
Also added code so it doens't display the ads and banners, this may be commented out if you do want to see them.

Code isn't that nicly formated, just added up in a hurry while I was testing some stuff. Feel free to build on it and make additions to it to make it work with all the subdomains on IDG.se if you like.
