Description:
The design goals were the same as with Wikipedia Tribute:
- reducing visual overhead
- maximizing screen space
- "App-lified" user experience
The theme is not yet finished but ready to be used. It fits perfectly to Wikipedia Tribute ("Understatement" overlay)
