The mozilla team decided to keep the native ugly grey blue color of Vista for the toolbars. This theme changes the toolbars so that they have borders as well as shiny gradients for the menu and nav bars. The bookmarks toolbar has been changed to a flat semi-white color similar to the mozilla dialog boxes. The tabbar has been changed to something less shiny for easier text reading.
