Description:

A quick fix to hide the newest annoying feature of FFNET. Also fixes the width of the page and the color of visited links.

FFNET improvements:
- hidden avatars in story summaries
- hidden avatars in forum lists
- avatars in profile, reviews and forum posts left intact
- increased width for better reading
- white background for story summaries in dark mode
- slight font size changes

2015/August/26 - avatars now display on profiles again while still being hidden in categories.
2013/October/18 - made text selectable again.
2013/March/21 - fixed background color of summaries in story page.
