Description and Function
Cleans annoying kaskus ads and changes the User Interface.
Was made due to the expired older Kaskus Fixups which development seems to be stopped

There will be rarely any more updates, since the old vBulletin kaskus has been set to read only.
And the old vBull kaskus will surely be deleted in less than 3-5 years :/
