Description:

Removes sidebar cruft (while retaining the search box), wikia navigation (e.g. links to other wikia wikis), and ads. Expands article navigation* and makes content full-width.

*As of "WikiaPage V2", Wikia now lazy-loads the article navigation, making it impossible to automatically show it using CSS. Why? Who knows.
