minimizes header and sidebar while keeping vital site links - updated for new site layout

Gives you a wider view area while still maintaining vital site links. The main left nav area has been moved to the top and spread to a single line so that the content can fill the space. Also reduced the cover art to 200px tall. Feel free to edit the script to meet your needs.
