Flickr title above photo & less bulky header area

Description:

  • Reinstates photo title above photo after the June 2010 redesign moved it to the bottom.
  • Moves buttons (Actions, Favorite, Older, Newer, etc.) to right-hand column to save more space above photo.
  • Unfix top navbar after Dec 2012 redesign made it permanently visible.
