Hide IMDb Boards descriptions

Description:

Hides the descriptions (or rather, any text paragraphs) from the top of the main message boards (& their threads).
Doesn't work properly on the "IMDb Daily Poll" (and a couple of other) board, but that's IMDb's fault, not mine.
NOTE: This will also hide the reminder-paragraph which appears on the Post and Reply pages when you get reported.
