Thanks to user hideheader for the help in removing the hotmial logo.
This theme was created with the help of user Mindflyer code that allowed me to remove some original elements the style was Windows Live Hotmail Custom Login v2012.10.13 (Mindflyer@userstyles) / http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/
First install FreeStyler to use this style.
