Description:

The sidebar in jira issue view steals width from the description area.
This style fixes it by floating the sidebar above the other content.

This style fixes it by floating the sidebar above the other content.

If you find the sidebar obscures the description or other content, simply collapse most of the sections inside the sidebar, and it will stay up in the metadata area where it
belongs.

Tested on jira 6.1 and 6.2
