Remove Featured Channels

Description:

This is a style that modifies the left and right sidebars of the new Twitch design. The left sidebar can be modified by hiding either the small or large version if it, as well as removing the featured elements that promote selected channels. The right sidebar can be modified by its width, making in wide or extra-wide.
