Description:

I (the admin of this site) sometimes find it somewhat hard to lay out the content of this site. There are two main variables: the fact that the content is user generated and can range from a single word to multiple paragraphs, and the various screen sizes people can use. This is an attempt to account for the latter. It limits the width of the content to 980px.

Let me know your thoughts in the discussions attached to this style. It may or may not become the default. If it does, you will of course be able to override back to how it was.
