YouTube Enhancement (for 1080p screens)

Description:

This enhances the page layout when viewing a video (video pages only). When using the large video player, it will resize to 720p and center the video on the screen. This does only look good on 1080p screens.

I will be doing small hotfixes from time to time in case things get changed.
