Description:

To make mobile viewing more tolerable, pre-display the votey. bt- prefixed styles are ones I post so I can put them on my phone so if they seem off, that is probably why.

Mid 2013 redesign. I haven't yet figured out how to show the blog, which I want (sans blog header), after the votey.
