Makes scrollbars VERY slim (8 pixels), and generally less intrusive

This seems to work intermittently with many websites, but just fine in others. Please let me now how it works for your browser. Currently untested with Firefox and IE

This scrollbar was originally designed for dark-background themes, but blends well in many cases with others too.
