For unknown reasons, all registered graphic trademarks are mirror-inverted in that site (as shown in the screenshots). sbcx.saic.gov.cn uses fliter:flipV to rectify the images. However, that method never works in Chrome, Firefox or Safari, and is no longer supported by IE9 or later.
