This is a mix of digg 3.5, which can be found here (not by me), and some things i wanted to implement and finally got around to doing it.

New calmer (no TM) header, more intense difference between digg boxes, background color, container color, and everything 3.5 has.
BG and container colors are easily changeable, header is custom and hosted on photobucket so bandwidth and uptime shouldn't be an issue.

This is just the beginning for me, i want to make a blacked out version, which should be easier now that i know me way around a little.
