autohide the menu & sidebar [Business Week]

Description:

Hides the Bloomberg Businessweek header, footer, and sidebar. (But not permanently - hover at the edges of the screen to restore them.) It also removes ads and ad-like "content". (That's right, Taboola, I mean you.)

The red and blue vertical bars at the left edge of the screen are the collapsed header, footer, and sidebar. Mouse over them to restore the element.
  • On zoom (ctrl+plus) let the article become wider, but no wider than the screen
