Description:

This style will block all user-posted links in the comments section of YouTube. After the recent Google+ integration update, users have been mass spamming links to viruses and other malicious, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

More info
The Unblock Video Timings option isn't perfect. A URL can be made to appear as a video timing link as far as this style is concerned, however it could still be an external link. Though the chances of this happening are small, it is still worth taking into consideration.
