no google chat user popups

Description:

when you hover over names on the chat list, popups are displayed that probably cover up your chat, are hard to get rid of again, AND register as clickjacking attempts (by noscript) when you try to click elsewhere on the page, and RRGH... SO: this hides those horrible popups.
