The tricky bits were hiding the panel and menu item that asked for your contacts. For those, I used first-child and nth-child pseudo-class selectors. The other items are a simple id selector.

I placed commas in _front_ of the selectors in the code, so you can more easily delete selectors without accidentally leaving a trailing comma, which would break the code.
