Description:

Some minor fixes for new shazoo layout (aerly 2014) - deleting right column. Also deletes aside block from inner pages. (Social and last comments.)

v3 - 15/05/2014 - changes to inner pages, mainpage made more narrow.
v4 - 03/06/2014 - small fixes to inner pages + fixed width for pop-up comments.
v5 - 13/06/2014 - disabled social sharing.
v6 - 12/04/2016 - included https domain adress.
