Cleaned for better readability. Removes right sidebar, simplifies menu, extends content, improves spacing, cleaner body font. Includes settings for the menu and font, and also uses media queries for smaller windows. Enjoy, guys!

If you get an error while installing, try hitting "Switch to Edit" and then "Save".

TODO: Get this thing to work well with the math sections :P

- Added styling for blockquotes
- Fixed sizing anomaly on novel indexes
- Fixed some other random anomalies under with inconsistent HTML (tends to be the "General Info" pages)
- Fixed body content styles affecting the wrong elements

- Added option for reverting to classic body font
- Fixed sizing issue with the content being 30px short of the edge
