With the style applied

Description:

White screens hurt my eyes, so since I stare at mail often, I needed it dark. I had to keep the white background for writing and displaying emails, but many screens are now dark. Sort of looks like an IDE dark theme.

12/5/2014 - fastmail changed css, so updated
1/4/2015 - changed again, updated again
7/10/2015 - highlighted items now dark bluish, since the default yellow hid text
