A dark UI for Fastmail.

Tested on Fastmail with "Minimal" theme selected in the settings. Reading and composing email is still done on the standard (white background) styling.

2016-01-27: updated to remove white line under toolbar
2016-05-26: fixed ugly white borders in mail list
