Based off the following style, http://freestyler.ws/style/53388/facebook-yella-style, which I loved but which unfortunately broke over time due to Facebook code changes and has since been removed from the site. I fixed and stripped back the code, keeping the visual style, while removing elements which were broken and which I thought didn't work originally. I also fixed it to work across all pages, including Timeline, Pages & Events, as well as adding a few touches of my own.

15.02.17: Minor fixes to the homepage and fixing appearance issues on pages.
07.12.16: Small layout fixes, including fixing container padding and backgrounds of the
left column across all pages. Further minor fixes to pages coming shortly.
18.03.16: Minor bug fixes; replaced all non-loading images.
15.12.15: Wide variety of tweaks and fixes, including to the left navigation bar, full screen messaging, events and groups. Further minor tweaks coming to pages and timeline shortly.
