This style simply replaces every occurrence of "background-color: white" with "background-color: #F1E9D2", which is a nice parchment shade. If you prefer a different background color, change all occurrences of #F1E9D2 to whatever you wish.
Note: This style sheet is in Firefox/Mozillla format. To use it with the Chrome browser, delete '@-moz-document url-prefix("http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org") {' and the final '}' at the end.
