Removes custom themes from YouTube channel pages.

30/08/11 - Update: Added option for background images.
10/08/11 - Update: Fixed missing link colour. Re-worked theme selection. Added "Stealth" theme.
07/08/11 - Update: Rewritten from scratch again. Added style settings for YouTube's "Clean" and "Grey" themes. Renamed "YouTube profile de-themer" to "YouTube channel de-themer"
