Nicer formatting of the Twitter API docs, especially the Ads API which cuts off content horizontally.

The th element was hard-coded to 140px width; this allows it to use full browser window width
0.1.0 - Initial Release
Makes width full screen, removes background image and uses CSS background color for left nav menu.
