YouTube Progressbar Fix

With the style applied

Description:

YouTube updated their video player to a new version that hides the progress bar when you move the mouse out of the video player.

This style keeps the progress bar at the bottom of the video while you're watching it, so you can tell how far through you are without waving the mouse in front of the screen.

More info
You'll need to have a userscript like https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/11486-youtube-progressbar-updater installed for this to work correctly. Otherwise, the progress bar won't update when you aren't hovered over the video.

v.0.2: Updated to fix behavior in full-screen mode.

v.0.3: Updated to improve the behavior of subtitles and clarify that the userscript is required.
