For the new tv.nu layout that came aug 2015.

* Dark layout with some extra yellow.
* Cleaned: removed popular, tips and footer. Ads seems to be gone, mostly by accident when expanding size. Adblocker is still recommended. I use uBlock Origin and NoScript.
* More columns! 6 over the entire screen instead of 4.

2017-03-07 Realized I removed all icons instead of just Play. Fixed so hearts are back.
2017-02-16 Removed annoying new ad. Also removed the PLAY icons some time ago, but forgot to upload new version.
2016-06-03 Just noticed you can mark a program with checkbox, so fixed the background color so it's actually usable.
2016-06-03 Fix channels, when having small window the channels beyond the first 3 fell off. Also quick font color fix if looking at Film or Serier, now the time and imdb score is visible.
2016-05-06 They changed the top layout, so fixed the white bar and adjusted size. Not perfect but it will have to do for now. Screenshot is not updated.
2016-04-17 Reduced size of the top row (logo and dates). Removed Kanalval on the bottom. (screenshot is updated)
2015-09-23 Adjusted size of rows (larger) and re-added line separator between programs.
2015-09-23 Fixes to layout because they changed something (time and program). Also some work to minimize wasted space at the top of page that I hadn't uploaded. Some of layout changes they did is not addressed, not sure if I will bother if it looks good enough (text sizes and line separators). No new screenshot because size limit problems.
