Description:

Hides scrollbars until hover and makes them semi-transparent.
Vertikal & Horizontal

Heavely based on http://freestyler.ws/style/105091/auto-hidden-minimal-scrollbars-for-firefox but with some styling.

This is the flat Version. The rounded (kinda glassy) one is http://freestyler.ws/style/128860/auto-hidden-transparent-scrollbar-rounded
