Kissanime script, Matcha

Description:

Hey folks, here is a theme for Kissanime called 'Matcha'.

Before using these script you have to :
- download Roboto font, and you can just install the Regular, Italic and Bold variation (here a link : http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/roboto).
- download Adblock Plus to kill the ads, but since Kissanime doesn't allow it you have to download Greasemonkey (for Mozilla) or Tampermonkey (for Google Chrome), and you will have to install the script 'Anti AdBlock Killer' (https://github.com/reek/anti-adblock-killer/).
Plus you can block some elements such as the icons with Adblock Plus.

WARNING FOR THOSE WHO DON'T USE FIREFOX, since I wrote this script in Mozilla, you have to import from mozilla for example in Chrome and not directly install the script, otherwise there will be some bugs !

07/02/16 - Add some things for the Bookmark, Profile, KPoint and Premium thing !

06/05/16 - (re)add the arrows for the latest anime in the front page + slightly changed the banner logo + fixed the problem with the unseen elements in the control bar when you're on fullscreen mode + kissmanga is also affects by the script, but there are some bug remaining, I'll work on it later + some new screenshot

25/08/16 - some shit were fucked up and I still don't know why, fixed most of them.

26/08/16 - re-add the random button in the main page, re-add the bookmark button with the previous/next buttons and also the player select in the video page, modified some stuff.

21/12/16 - Kissanime changed its url, it's not Kissanime.to anymore but Kissanime.ru, thus I had to change all the links in the script. I also solved some 'issues'.
