Gnome Dark Theme Form Fix

Description:

When you have Gnome 3's global dark theme (adwaita dark) enabled, many forms have their font color changed to white, but the background is unchanged (white), making the text invisible. This is a real pain because you have to highlight to see what's in the forms -- particularly bad when they're auto-filled.

No more! This addon forces all forms to have a white background and black text. It's a global style that applies to all html, so if there are forms that are *supposed* to be white on black, they'll be overridden.
