I tweaked and fixed the "YouTube Real Cinema Mode" by HorsyNox for myself and thought I should share.

More info
Currently there is a problem with showing annotations in the right position, probably not fixable for me.

-Update1: videos are now centered, no matter which resolution
-Update2: there was a problem with accessing the user menu
-Update3: shifted progress bar to the left side in stage mode, so the preview aligns to the mouse position. I don't know of any other way to achieve this atm.
-Update4: titles and buttons in ads are now accessible in stage mode
