This style simulates poor vision by blurring the entire page.

The blur is set to 5px but I have not verified that the blur is sufficient in magnitude or similar enough in character to simulate legal blindness. My girlfriend who cannot legally drive without her glasses on says that this style makes things look like she is not wearing her glasses, but that's all the data I have!
