Description:

This theme will put christmas lights on every webpage. They almost completely fade out when you're using the page, and come back when you move your mouse off it.

v1.2 - The lights no longer block mouse actions, so elements under them are usable now
v1.1 - Made movement more subtle so it's not as distracting
