When Preview Pane option is activated and some message is selected the Refresh button is hidden.
This small style just make this button always wisible.

I like Preview Pane option very much (it is from Lab section: https://gmail.googleblog.com/2011/08/new-in-labs-preview-pane.html). But for some reasons the Refresh button is hidden when Preview Pane option is activated and some message is selected in the list. My style fixes this strange behaviour.
