With the style applied

Description:

Stackoverflow simplified dark header and footer theme:
- Smaller height for header bar (55px instead of 66px)
- Bigger font size
- Dark background for header
- Improved colors and contrast
- Added the full logo back
- Bigger profile picture
- Removed icons that I don't usually use: Search box, Review queues, list of Stack exchange sites, log out button
- Removed Featured on meta section
- Removed content from footer
