Tampermonkey Favicon -> Lime (Transparent Border)

Description:

Tampermonkey's favicon, which is black, doesn't show up well on dark themes browser tabs or as bookmark icons. This is one of my styles to address this issue - Lime icon with Black "eyes", and Transparent Border. I also have a Tampermonkey user style that is the same, except with Black Border. I also have a Dark Blue Tampermonkey Icon with Black Eyes and Transparent Border. One of these can serve well on dark themes, or even as a replacement Tampermonkey favicon on light themes.
