With the style applied
Left sidebar: more width
Left sidebar: more outstanding notification count display
Right sidebar: more width (activities / chat)
Right sidebar: show more content using smaller images
Chat window: more height (buggy)
Newsfeed: emphasize "newest" box
Newsfeed: hide status posting box (show on hover)
Header: hover effect after 0.5 seconds to hide page

Description:

More effective use of space on bigger screens (e.g. width 1600 pixel) while keeping the standard layout. More width for left and right side bar, bigger chat windows, and removing unneccessary elements. Customizable before installation.
Not recommended for usage on small screens.
