Description:

This style for Google Calendar provides alternate highlighting for the nav calendar in the left-hand sidebar (because the default highlighting is so pale as to be almost invisible [on an LCD monitor... on mine anyway]): darkish red text and brownish border for the current day (whether it's selected or not), tan background for selected days, and a darker tan for the background of days when hovered.
